Tom's birthday coincided with the Telecom Mobile Sports Day. Tom's team was made up of 5 English guys (Poms) and two Kathryns (Kats), hence the team name Pom Kats, and Tom's very English nick-name for the day 'Thomas the Tank Engine'...
